Seeking a Senior PMO Specialist to drive project governance, cross-workstream analysis, and executive reporting for a large-scale international airport project. The role involves monitoring progress, managing risks, and ensuring compliance with standards and KPIs. Ideal candidates have project management experience in infrastructure or real estate, strong analytical skills, and the ability to coordinate multi-disciplinary stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Collect, consolidate, and analyze project data from multiple workstreams.
- Monitor project progress, scope, risks, and resource utilization against KPIs and OKRs.
- Supervise implementation quality and recommend corrective actions.
- Evaluate cross-workstream issues impacting overall project planning.
- Act as central coordination point for project communication among stakeholders.
- Deliver dashboards, progress charts, and risk matrices to ensure transparent reporting.
- Schedule and prepare materials for Executive Committee meetings, and document meeting minutes.
- Ensure departmental compliance with governance processes and provide guidance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Project Management, Civil Engineering, or Business Administration.
- At least 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in infrastructure or real estate.
- Proven ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams and complex stakeholder environments.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
Nice to have
- Experience in airport design management, including terminals, airside, and public areas.
- Ability to develop construction financial models and CAPEX budgeting.
- Background in managing large-scale technology projects, ideally airport technology systems.
- Prior consulting experience from McKinsey, BCG, or similar firms in airport business development or operational strategy.
