Experienced Project Manager needed to lead EPC projects in automation and environmental monitoring. Responsible for project planning, stakeholder coordination, budget control, and site execution. Requires 4+ years of project management experience in industrial or environmental sectors.
Responsibilities
- Plan and manage overall EPC projects for automation and environmental monitoring systems, including scheduling, technical solutions, and resource plans.
- Act as primary point of contact for stakeholders including investors, clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Coordinate and monitor internal departments (design, execution, procurement) to meet project timelines.
- Evaluate, select, and supervise subcontractors, ensuring performance and quality.
- Oversee on-site construction, quality, and occupational safety, and manage logistics like transportation and equipment delivery.
- Control project budgets, optimize costs, and manage financial variations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Mentor junior technical and project staff, prepare periodic reports for clients and management, and conduct post-project reviews.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Automation, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related engineering field.
- At least 4 years of experience as a Project Manager or equivalent in the industrial or environmental monitoring sector.
- Proven track record in schedule management, coordination, and successful project execution.
- Strong capability in budgeting, cost management, and expenditure optimization.
