Project Manager
Manage the implementation of B2B SaaS financial automation solutions, from planning and risk management to business analysis, system integration, testing, and training. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality delivery for enterprise clients.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with sales during pre-implementation to clarify customer needs, scope, timeline, and integration requirements.
- Develop detailed implementation plans including milestones, resources, dependencies, and risk mitigation.
- Monitor project lifecycle through contract signing, data collection, UAT, go-live, and acceptance; proactively manage risks.
- Create progress reports and dashboards; suggest process improvements to enhance team efficiency and customer experience.
- Lead business analysis by surveying client accounting/finance/IT processes and writing BRD and FDD documents.
- Serve as the single point of contact between clients and internal teams (Product, Engineering, Customer Success) to ensure integration requirements are prioritized.
- Develop test scenarios, coordinate system integration testing (SIT), support user acceptance testing (UAT), and conduct end-user training.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst, ERP Consultant, or IT Project Coordinator/Manager.
- Understanding of Finance, Accounting, Purchasing, and Supply Chain Management processes.
- Experience with B2B, SaaS, or technology integration projects for enterprise clients.
- Proficiency in project management tools like Jira, Notion, or MS Project; knowledge of system integration concepts (API, Data Mapping).
- Strong planning, progress management, risk identification, and multi-stakeholder coordination skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; comfortable working with C-level, Chief Accountants, and IT Managers.
- Problem-solving and situational handling abilities.
- Good English communication and document reading skills.
