Project Manager
Oversee project lifecycles in the transportation sector. Plan and allocate resources, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery. Serve as primary client contact, managing communications and resolving issues. Identify risks and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. Prepare reports on project performance and financial metrics.
Responsibilities
- Develop project plans, allocate resources (personnel, vehicles, equipment), and monitor project progress.
- Provide customer care by receiving requests, offering solutions, updating progress, and addressing issues.
- Manage risks by tracking KPIs, identifying bottlenecks, and improving operational processes.
- Prepare reports on revenue, costs, and maintain project documentation.
Requirements
- College or university degree.
- Proficiency in English and office IT skills.
- Preferably with experience in the transportation sector and strong customer service/operations skills.
