Seeking a Project Manager to lead critical infrastructure and data center projects. Responsible for full project lifecycle from pre-sales to commissioning. Use Oracle, Smartsheet, Power BI. Coordinate teams, ensure quality, schedule, financial targets. Requires 3-5 years PM experience, construction/electrical contracting knowledge. PMP preferred. 25-30% travel.
Responsibilities
- Apply project management methodologies to meet quality, schedule, and cost objectives.
- Secure and coordinate resources, build organizational charts with functional leaders.
- Liaise with order management, production, logistics, contractors, and field teams; resolve conflicts.
- Engage with site teams to communicate schedule, budget, and scope; perform site visits.
- Proactively address issues, manage stakeholder communications.
- Monitor project metrics and reporting to ensure targets are met.
- Oversee project financials: budget creation, expense tracking, margin maintenance.
- Promote safety culture through regular meetings and safety-first approach.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of project management experience, ideally in critical infrastructure.
- Familiarity with construction, electrical, and mechanical contracting.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven project management and multitasking skills in fast-paced settings.
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience.
Nice to have
- Understanding of engineering and manufacturing processes, data center commissioning.
- PMP certification.
