Project Manager 2
Coordinate and manage large-scale engineering and construction projects from proposal to completion, ensuring efficient execution and client satisfaction. Develop and maintain business relationships, lead inter-office teams, and handle project financials, contracts, and risk.
Responsibilities
- Manage large-scope, high-risk projects from initiation to closeout.
- Lead cross-functional project teams across offices and departments.
- Develop project cost structures, fee schedules, and estimates.
- Review, draft, and negotiate sub-consultant contracts.
- Ensure project documentation compliance and financial management.
- Monitor budgets, prepare invoices, and manage accounts receivable.
- Maintain ongoing client communication and progress updates.
- Identify and mitigate project risks.
- Cultivate new and existing client relationships through marketing and professional organizations.
- Provide technical expertise as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
- Proven client relationship management skills.
