Coordinate and manage large-scale engineering and construction projects from proposal to completion, ensuring efficient execution and client satisfaction. Develop and maintain business relationships, lead inter-office teams, and handle project financials, contracts, and risk.

Responsibilities

  • Manage large-scope, high-risk projects from initiation to closeout.
  • Lead cross-functional project teams across offices and departments.
  • Develop project cost structures, fee schedules, and estimates.
  • Review, draft, and negotiate sub-consultant contracts.
  • Ensure project documentation compliance and financial management.
  • Monitor budgets, prepare invoices, and manage accounts receivable.
  • Maintain ongoing client communication and progress updates.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Cultivate new and existing client relationships through marketing and professional organizations.
  • Provide technical expertise as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
  • Proven client relationship management skills.

Nice to have

  • PMP certification.
  • Ability to develop innovative solutions.
  • Willingness to travel.
