Seeking a Project Manager to oversee construction and renewable energy projects, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, safety, and quality standards. Responsible for coordinating contractors, vendors, and stakeholders, and supporting project execution from planning to completion.
Responsibilities
- Participate in field walkdowns and validate completed work against design requirements.
- Review and validate contractor payment requests and work-in-progress.
- Assess constructability, field conditions, and resource allocation.
- Support scope management, budget oversight, and scheduling.
- Monitor project performance metrics and financial data.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, regulatory agencies, and landowners.
- Reinforce safety and procedural compliance.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities across safety, engineering, construction, budgeting, and contract administration.
- Interface with management committee to provide project updates.
- Support contractor and vendor management to ensure approved scope, schedule, budget, quality, and safety.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Land Surveying, or a related field.
- 6–10 years of experience managing project execution, including contractor and vendor coordination.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience using project management software such as Microsoft Project or Smartsheet.
- Ability to travel to project sites as needed.
Nice to have
- PMP certification.
- Experience in the construction and/or renewable energy industry.
