Manage all aspects of small to medium complex industrial cooling projects from inception to conclusion. Oversee budgets, schedules, and client communication while coordinating internal resources, vendors, and contractors. Ensure ISO 9001 compliance and project closeout. Based in Jacksonville, FL, with up to 20% travel.
Responsibilities
- Manage overall project execution and leadership
- Coordinate project kick-offs and engineering meetings
- Review contracts, scope of work, and specifications
- Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to resolve issues
- Direct fabrication, installation, and start-up activities
- Generate change orders and manage scope modifications
- Lead client interface and communication
- Prepare for ISO 9001 and other audits
- Complete project closeout including punch list and warranty actions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in construction, engineering, or management discipline
- Minimum 3 years of international project and/or construction management experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and enterprise resource planning
- Authorization to work in the USA
Nice to have
- Master's degree in construction, engineering, or management discipline
- 5+ years experience in power, oil & gas, data center, or district energy industries
- PMP or equivalent project management certification
