Lead end-to-end delivery of prefabricated electrical buildings and power distribution solutions for critical data center operations. Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and customers to ensure on-time, on-budget project execution while driving quality and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Own full project lifecycle from kickoff through engineering, manufacturing, shipment, installation, and customer handoff.
  • Proactively identify risks and work with stakeholders to maintain project schedules and budgets.
  • Track key milestones, delivery performance, and financial goals.
  • Partner with engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility and customer alignment.
  • Coordinate across electrical, mechanical, and structural disciplines for seamless integration.
  • Facilitate information flow between design, manufacturing, and field teams.
  • Work with purchasing and suppliers to ensure timely material and equipment availability.
  • Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues impacting timelines or quality.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing to remove roadblocks and support on-time completion.
  • Lead quality reviews and problem-solving efforts to address issues before delivery.
  • Evaluate project changes, assess cost and schedule impacts, and coordinate revisions.
  • Track budgets, forecasts, and overall financial performance.
  • Coordinate warranty and service activities post-delivery.
  • Act as primary customer contact throughout the project lifecycle, providing updates and building relationships.
  • Translate technical information into clear business communications.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Management, or related field, or PMP certification, or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of project management experience in manufacturing or construction.
  • Proficiency with project scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project.

Nice to have

  • Working knowledge of engineering drawings, electrical schematics, or AutoCAD.
