Oversee all phases of residential construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor coordination, client communication, quality control, and site supervision. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Create and manage project schedules and timelines in Ressio.
- Prepare and manage project documentation, including permits.
- Coordinate and lead construction meetings with subcontractors, vendors, and clients.
- Conduct bi-weekly jobsite visits to monitor progress, quality, and cleanliness.
- Manage project budgets, cost codes, change orders, and invoice approvals.
- Procure materials and verify orders through purchase orders.
- Serve as the main client point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversee project closeout, punch lists, and new home orientation.
- Assist with project estimating and specification preparation as needed.
- Ensure site safety and cleanliness standards are met or exceeded.
