Responsibilities
- Oversee infrastructure projects from initiation to completion, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Define and manage project scope, schedule, and budget in collaboration with leadership and clients.
- Lead cross-functional teams and drive problem-solving initiatives.
- Communicate project status and complex information to stakeholders through clear presentations.
- Make timely, well-informed decisions based on strong analytical skills.
- Contribute to the development of company culture and operational processes.
Requirements
- 3+ years of project management experience.
- Associate's degree with 2 years of project management experience, or Bachelor's degree.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
- Proven ability to lead and collaborate within a team.
- Detail-oriented with a critical thinking mindset.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Nice to have
- Professional Engineer (PE) license.
- Knowledge of civil infrastructure industry.
