Lead projects from initiation to completion, managing scope, schedule, budget, and resources. Build stakeholder relationships, conduct planning meetings, and ensure project success. Requires PMP certification, 3+ years experience, and proficiency in Microsoft 365. Travel to customer sites required.
Responsibilities
- Manage project scope, schedule, and budget
- Coordinate internal, customer, and vendor resources
- Conduct project planning and review meetings
- Identify and resolve project risks and issues
- Provide regular status reports to leadership
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of project management experience with PMP certification (or 5-7 years with associate’s degree)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to customer sites
Nice to have
- Experience with multiple project management frameworks (Waterfall, Agile, Kanban)
- Previous experience leading a direct team
- Construction industry experience
