Responsible for overall management of assigned construction projects, including client relations, budgeting, scheduling, and quality control. Requires experience in construction management, proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and AutoCAD. Bachelor's in Architecture, Construction Management, or Engineering preferred.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all assigned projects from initiation to completion
- Serve as primary client contact and manage owner, architect, and contractor relationships
- Develop project plans including budgets, schedules, and specifications
- Conduct pre-construction meetings and site reviews
- Manage project documentation and ensure compliance with safety standards
- Provide leadership and create learning opportunities for team members
- Implement quality assurance and quality control measures
- Attend weekly operations and general contractor meetings
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or Engineering preferred
- Experience supervising multiple crews on multiple construction projects
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Bluebeam, Onscreen Takeoff, Procore, and familiarity with Topcon GPS
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to read and interpret construction documents, blueprints, contracts, and scopes of work
- Strong math, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
