Join a leading engineering services firm as a Project Manager. Oversee multi-discipline and EPC projects, ensuring profitability, schedule compliance, and client satisfaction. Responsibilities
- Implement proposal procedures and action plans
- Review resource assignments with department managers
- Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
- Provide scope control, change management, and risk identification
- Develop and nurture client and project team relationships
- Direct and coordinate technical activities
- Initiate, document, and facilitate project communication with stakeholders
- Ensure all contractual requirements are satisfied
- Maintain records of purchased materials and subcontracts
- Issue and administer subcontracts and associated documentation
- Manage oversight of construction for EPC projects
- Coordinate commercial activities (billing, procurement) with accounting
- Recommend changes to SOP for continuous improvement
- Maintain positive client relationships and develop work opportunities
- Provide feedback on personnel performance to resource managers
- Represent the company in professional organizations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or architecture
- 4+ years of project management experience
- 7+ years of engineering experience
- Ability to travel 25-50% locally and 10-20% overnight
Nice to have
- PE and/or PMP certification
- Experience in industrial manufacturing
- Experience with multi-discipline engineering and EPC projects
