Responsibilities
- Define and drive the vision and roadmap for internal platforms and automation to streamline workflows and enhance team performance.
- Identify and implement AI and automation opportunities to reduce manual effort and improve decision-making quality.
- Lead end-to-end development of new internal products from concept to launch, owning adoption and measurable business impact.
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Onboarding, Support, Finance, and Legal teams to gather requirements and ensure successful tool adoption.
- Engage directly with internal users to collect feedback and insights for continuous product improvement.
- Leverage product usage and business performance data to inform decisions and uncover growth opportunities.
- Communicate product insights and recommendations to executive leadership with clarity and influence.
Requirements
- 2+ years of product management experience delivering web-based products, ideally in SaaS or communication tools.
- High agency and ownership, with a willingness to tackle problems end-to-end and learn as needed.
- Solid understanding of AI systems, including autonomous agents and their practical applications.
- Proven experience in fast-paced technical environments, driving product vision with cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated ability to manage the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch and optimize for growth.
- Strong collaboration skills with engineering, design, AI, and marketing teams.
- Hands-on experience with SQL and data visualization tools for data-informed product decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presenting to executive leadership.
- Experience leading new product development from scratch with a bias toward action.
