Seeking a Product Manager to join the Fulfillment team at a retail tech company operating a multi-sided marketplace. This role focuses on ensuring reliable supply-demand balance, maximizing order fulfillment, and optimizing operational efficiency through data-driven product decisions.
Responsibilities
- Drive products and systems that maximize order fulfillment, delivery reliability, and geographic coverage
- Optimize efficiency and operational costs across the marketplace
- Work on complex problems such as supply/demand forecasting and new delivery promises
- Make strategic product decisions grounded in data
- Partner with design and engineering teams to execute product initiatives
Requirements
- 3+ years of product management experience in logistics, retail, gig, or related field
- Proven experience with generative AI to prototype ideas, automate workflows, and synthesize insights
- Comfortable using modern AI-assisted development practices
- Strong partnerships with design and engineering, with understanding of design and development systems
- Technical expertise to make informed trade-offs between system architectures
- Experience with SQL, Figma, Miro, ClickUp, or equivalent tools
