We seek a Full-Stack AI Solutions Developer to build web apps using LLMs and unstructured data. Requires 5+ years full-stack experience, Java/Spring or Node.js, REST APIs, microservices, React. Strong communication and product focus. Hybrid in Belgrade.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end development of full-stack web applications.
- Build and ship production-ready applications utilizing LLMs and unstructured data.
- Design and implement REST APIs and microservices architectures.
- Develop clean UI/UX for data-heavy applications using modern frontend frameworks.
- Leverage AI tools to drive production value, treating AI output as a draft.
- Collaborate closely with designers, backend engineers, product managers, and stakeholders.
- Ensure code quality and proactively identify potential issues.
- Focus on product and business goals beyond just code.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building full-stack web applications end-to-end.
- Track record of shipping production-ready applications that utilize LLMs and unstructured data.
- Strong experience with Java (Spring) or Node.js.
- Experience with REST API design and integration, and microservices architecture.
- Experience building clean UI/UX using modern frameworks like React, Vue, or Angular.
- Exceptional communication skills, comfortable with non-technical stakeholders.
- Deep practical knowledge of AI tools for production use.
- Product-oriented mindset, thinking about user and business goals.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- University degree in CS or equivalent.
- Fluent English.
Nice to have
- TypeScript, Next.js, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
- Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, or OpenShift.
- Familiarity with API tools like Postman or Insomnia.
- Comfort and openness to working with Python.
- Background in insurance or finance.
- Any German.
