Seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead cross-functional new product development projects within an HVACR portfolio, driving products from concept through production using a gate management process, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and quality compliance.
Responsibilities
- Lead NPD projects from ideation through production ramp-up.
- Develop and maintain integrated project plans covering scope, timelines, milestones, resources, and budgets.
- Apply and reinforce the gate management process for disciplined execution and compliance.
- Coordinate and lead global, cross-functional teams across Product Management, Engineering, R&D, Marketing, Operations, and Supply Chain.
- Prepare and deliver structured project reviews, gate presentations, and executive updates.
- Proactively identify and mitigate technical, schedule, cost, quality, and supply chain risks.
- Champion continuous improvement in NPD processes, toolchains, and metrics.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related technical field.
- 3-5 years of project/program management experience, specifically in New Product Development.
- Proven track record of launching complex mechanical, electrical, or industrial products.
- Experience in a globally matrixed organizational structure.
- Direct experience in HVACR, mechanical engineering, power electronics, or related industrial sectors.
- Fluency in English.
- Ability to travel based on business needs.
Nice to have
- MBA or advanced technical degree.
- Project Management Certification (PMP, PgMP, or equivalent).
- Knowledge of additional European languages.
