Seeking a Project Manager to coordinate and monitor complex projects across their life cycle, ensuring delivery through planning, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder communication. Based in Brașov, Romania, full-time.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and verify projects within area of responsibility, managing data and documentation in relevant IT systems.
  • Define activity packages based on project deliverables.
  • Identify relevant stakeholders and manage relationships throughout the project.
  • Plan and manage the project budget, track and facilitate cost approval.
  • Initiate risk identification and ensure risk management.
  • Evaluate project progress (target/actual comparison), monitor achievement of Project Charter objectives.
  • Update project plans based on obtained information.
  • Report project status, results, and closure to the Sponsor and Steering Committee.
  • Coordinate internal and external communication, manage conflicts, and schedule project meetings and reviews.
  • Work according to the process describing work procedures.
  • Record hours in the specific application according to activity and log attendance daily.
  • Establish a development plan with the superior and ensure compliance.
  • Monitor individual performance indicators and present results and improvement measures in discussions with the superior.

Requirements

  • Technical higher education and very good knowledge of English and/or German.
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office, SAP, Planisware, Windchill.
  • Project risk analysis and project controlling.
  • Project management methodology and resource planning.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Experience in coordination, moderation, and training.
  • Results orientation and problem-solving.
  • Forecasting and planning abilities.
  • Observational skills and distributed thinking.
  • Customer orientation.
  • Team spirit.
