Responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing all service projects for industrial machinery, ensuring adherence to budget, resource allocation, and time schedules. Requires higher education, English proficiency, and basic technical knowledge. Based in Murfatlar, Constanța County, with occasional travel.
Responsibilities
- Plan and track all service projects, including detailed planning of stages and budgets.
- Draft the project management file and organize activities according to the project management plan.
- Establish the list of necessary tools and consumables for each project.
- Organize tool containers and coordinate the logistics flow: lifting equipment, transport, accommodation, and truck requirements.
- Continuously inform service staff about project assignments and specific information for each team.
- Analyze budget versus expenses reports.
Requirements
- Higher education, preferably in mechanical engineering.
- English language skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Basic technical knowledge in mechanics, tools, and lifting equipment.
- Availability for occasional domestic and international travel.
