Manage commercial project execution: financial performance tracking, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and contract administration. Work with cross-functional teams on risk management, claims, and compliance. Needs 2-5 yrs in project controlling/finance, SAP, Excel, fluent Romanian & English.
Responsibilities
- Oversee commercial project execution, ensuring policy compliance and financial transparency.
- Track project financials including revenue, costs, cash flow, and profitability; analyze variances.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and monthly financial reporting with KPIs.
- Manage contract administration, claims, change orders, and commercial assessments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (PMs, Finance, Procurement, Legal) for project success.
- Identify, mitigate, and escalate commercial risks and opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or related.
- 2–5 years in project controlling, finance, or commercial project management.
- Proficiency in SAP (FI/CO, MM, SD) and advanced Excel.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies.
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Fluent Romanian and English (written and spoken).
Nice to have
- Master’s degree.
- Additional European languages.
- Experience with claims and contract management.
