We seek a Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives between our CX Enablement and Tech teams. You will translate requirements into technical documentation, manage Agile workflows, and drive process improvements. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and experienced in customer experience operations. Mandarin proficiency is a plus. This role is based in Pasig, Philippines.
Responsibilities
- Translate CX Enablement requirements into structured technical documentation such as PRDs, user stories, process flows, and feature specifications
- Coordinate closely with Tech teams to ensure requirements are actionable and delivered effectively
- Manage Agile/Scrum workflows and ensure projects remain on track
- Support configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and optimization of CX platforms such as Zendesk
- Identify inefficiencies in current CX workflows and drive automation, integration, or tooling improvements
- Facilitate collaboration between cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
- Support proposal acceleration, operational asset development, and scalable process implementation
- Identify business opportunities and execute initiatives that improve operational efficiency and customer experience
Requirements
- Experience managing cross-functional projects from ideation to execution
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical documentation (PRDs, user stories)
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum frameworks
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive, highly organized, and solutions-oriented
Nice to have
- Professional proficiency in Mandarin
- Familiarity with Order Management Systems (e.g., Shopify, Magento, PrestaShop)
