Full Stack Developer
Responsible for designing, building, scaling, and deploying full stack digital solutions across internal platforms and enterprise systems. Develops web applications, automated workflows, and integrations. Owns full development lifecycle and CI/CD pipelines.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy full stack web applications and internal portals using modern frontend and backend technologies.
- Build and maintain automated workflows across enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow and custom applications.
- Develop responsive frontend interfaces with React.js, Vue.js, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
- Build robust backend services and RESTful APIs using Node.js, Python (Django/FastAPI), or Java Spring Boot.
- Design and manage relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and non-relational (MongoDB) databases.
- Own the full development lifecycle from requirements analysis through deployment and support.
- Ensure solutions are engineered for scale, performance, and maintainability.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and manage deployments using Docker, Kubernetes, or equivalent.
- Integrate platforms with third-party enterprise systems such as ERP, HRMS, and CRM via APIs and middleware.
- Identify and automate manual processes to maximize operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate transformation roadmaps into technical solutions.
- Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and maintain technical documentation.
Requirements
- 3-4 years of industry experience in full stack software development.
- Strong full stack proficiency with modern frontend frameworks (React.js, Vue.js) and backend runtimes (Node.js, Python, Java).
- Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs for enterprise integrations.
- Solid understanding of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipeline management.
- Experience with version control (Git) and collaborative development workflows.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a structured engineering approach.
- Strong time management and ability to manage concurrent workstreams.
- Effective communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related discipline.
Nice to have
- Working knowledge of ServiceNow, Power Platform, or equivalent low-code/no-code tools.
- ServiceNow certifications (Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer).
- Cloud platform experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
