We are seeking a Delivery Manager to lead Agile teams, manage project scope, schedule, budget, and quality, and build strong client relationships. You will champion SCRUM practices, mentor team members, and ensure successful outcomes through servant leadership and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Manage scope, schedule, budget, and quality to meet stakeholder expectations.
- Guide and champion Agile and lean principles for quality, adaptability, speed, and alignment.
- Act as a servant leader, putting the team's needs first and fostering high performance.
- Manage people, supporting their career development and helping them reach potential.
- Drive successful outcomes through personal ownership and continuous improvement.
- Manage and develop client relationships.
- Handle dependencies, RAID items within the team and across the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Informatics, or equivalent industry experience.
- Excellent written and verbal English skills.
- SCRUM Master Certification.
- 2+ years experience as a SCRUM Master, Agile Project Manager, or Iteration Manager.
- 3+ years experience in any other role within an agile development team.
