Coordinate strategic innovation projects from concept to implementation in a biotechnology company. Drive product development, process optimization, and sustainability initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Production, and Quality. Monitor industry trends and present progress to stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate innovation projects from concept to implementation.
- Plan, organize, and monitor project stages.
- Collaborate with R&D, Production, Quality, and other departments.
- Identify opportunities for product, process, and technology development and improvement.
- Participate in sustainability and ESG initiatives.
- Monitor industry trends and propose innovative solutions.
- Present project progress and results to management and stakeholders.
Requirements
- University degree in Chemistry, Biotechnology, Bioengineering, Chemical Engineering, or related applied sciences.
- Experience in project management, innovation, product development, or R&D.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and project coordination skills.
- Advanced English proficiency.
Nice to have
- Experience in biotechnology, chemistry, food, pharmaceutical, or production industries.
- Knowledge of sustainability and ESG.
