Senior Project Manager

Lead energy infrastructure projects from initiation to completion. Manage project plans, budgets, risks, and teams. Coordinate with stakeholders and ensure project success.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, manage, and control energy sector project implementation.
  • Coordinate design work and analyze solutions.
  • Communicate with customers, project partners, and stakeholders.
  • Prepare implementation schedules and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Identify and manage project risks effectively.
  • Control project budget and approve completed works.
  • Lead project team and delegate tasks.
  • Conduct weekly site visits to supervised objects.

Requirements

  • Higher engineering or electrotechnical education.
  • English language knowledge.
  • Excellent computer skills (MS Project and other project management tools).
  • Flexible communication and team-building skills.
  • Ability to systematically collect, summarize, and analyze information.
  • Valid driver's license (category B).
