Lead the planning, funding, and execution of national and international cultural and creative industries projects. Collaborate with artists and partners, coordinate residency and education programs, and develop new international opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Initiate, plan, and coordinate national and international projects.
  • Prepare project applications for Lithuanian and international funding programs (e.g., Creative Europe, Erasmus+, Interreg, Nordic-Baltic, Lithuanian Council for Culture).
  • Initiate joint projects with residents and expand their international opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Lithuanian and international cultural organizations, artists, curators, and partners.
  • Coordinate residency programs, events, and educational activities.
  • Search for new funding and international partnership opportunities.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of project management experience.
  • Ability to prepare project applications and reports.
  • Strong planning and communication skills.
  • Excellent Lithuanian and English language skills.

  • Experience in the cultural and creative industries sector.
