Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of digital projects, coordinating cross-functional teams to meet client requirements and quality standards. Engage with clients to understand business needs, lead solution design, prepare proposals, and support presales activities in a hybrid setting based in Benghazi, Libya.
Responsibilities
- Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of digital projects
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure solutions meet client requirements, timelines, and quality standards
- Engage with clients to understand business needs and lead solution design discussions
- Prepare proposals and support presales activities
- Manage project scopes and budgets, monitor progress, and mitigate risks
- Ensure clear communication among stakeholders
- Collaborate with sales and consulting teams to identify opportunities and refine digital strategies
- Contribute to continuous improvement of internal processes
Requirements
- Strong analytical skills to understand client requirements and support solution design
- Consulting and presales experience to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Proven project management skills including planning, prioritization, risk management, and cross-functional coordination
- Sales capabilities to support opportunity identification and client relationship building
- Experience in digital agencies, technology, or software development environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in a multicultural, hybrid setting
- Organizational and time-management skills with a focus on delivering projects on scope, on time, and within budget
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
