Hands-on Treasury Manager responsible for daily cash management, liquidity forecasting, debt and funding, FX risk, global insurance, and treasury technology. Drives process improvement, automation, and AI adoption while partnering with corporate finance and leading strategic projects.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily cash positioning, liquidity forecasting, and short-term investments across global entities.
  • Support debt and funding activities including covenant tracking and lender reporting.
  • Monitor and submit share buyback plans per board-approved programs.
  • Lead professional initiatives and cross-functional projects as treasury focal point.
  • Partner with Corporate Finance and Accounting on close, reconciliations, and disclosures.
  • Prepare board- and audit-ready reporting on cash, debt, and risk positions.
  • Lead M&A, intercompany funding, and other strategic finance projects.
  • Manage global insurance programs and risk mitigation measures.
  • Identify, monitor, and mitigate financial risks (interest rate, FX, credit) through hedging and compliance.
  • Oversee banking relationships, payment processing, and drive automation and AI tools.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of treasury experience in corporate finance.
  • Solid grasp of cash management, FX, and debt/funding instruments.
  • Experience with ERP systems, data visualization tools, and banking platforms.
  • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data sets.
  • Clear communication to explain treasury mechanics to non-treasury stakeholders.
  • Degree in finance, accounting, or economics.

Nice to have

  • CTP or similar certification.
  • Collaboration with banks and financial institutions.
  • Familiarity with financial modeling and analysis techniques.
  • Project management skills in a global environment.
