Seeking a Technical Lead to provide strong technical leadership, drive design decisions, guide implementation, and ensure engineering standards. Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to build scalable, reliable systems.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical design and decision-making for complex projects
- Collaborate with the Architect to align with system architecture
- Drive improvements to tech stack, system stability, and engineering practices
- Mentor engineers and serve as the go-to for complex technical challenges
- Improve system reliability and adopt new technologies to enhance workflow and development speed
- Identify and reduce technical debt in a structured way
- Collaborate with Product and stakeholders to align technical solutions with business needs
Requirements
- B.Sc. in Computer Science/Engineering or related field
- 10+ years of hands-on software engineering experience, including tech leadership
- Strong experience designing and building complex systems
- Extensive hands-on Python development in production systems
- Ability to lead technical design in systems with technical debt or scaling challenges
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with Full-Stack development and ability to lead across the stack
- Experience with GCP, Django, React Native
