Responsibilities
- Lead training and implementation of new and existing organizational systems
- Train users on dedicated software and systems
- Build training programs and manage training activities across the organization
- Lead training and implementation teams
- Work with HANNA4S, Gemini, Copilot, and Claude AI tools
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in systems training, implementation, and user instruction
- Knowledge of HANNA4S
- Formal training, familiarity, and proficiency with Gemini, Copilot, and Claude
- Experience building training programs and leading training and implementation activities or teams
