Responsibilities
- Analyze and define software systems and payment platforms.
- Create functional and technical specification documents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Manage relationships with internal clients and external vendors.
- Drive technological innovation and process improvements.
- Support implementation and deployment activities.
- Manage product lifecycle from requirements to delivery.
- Investigate incidents and conduct root cause analysis.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in systems analysis and leading technology projects.
- Proficiency in writing technical specification documents in English.
- Experience with APIs, databases, and system interfaces.
- Strong understanding of software development and system integrations.
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
- High level of English proficiency.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of trading systems and capital markets.
- Experience in financial systems.
