We are seeking an experienced System Analyst to analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications for AI-based solutions. You will collaborate with business stakeholders and development teams to define system solutions, support development and testing, and manage APIs and integrations. Requires 3+ years of experience, familiarity with AI tools like GitHub Copilot and Claude Code, and knowledge of cloud platforms.
Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
- Define and document AI-based system solutions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and development teams.
- Support development, testing, and implementation processes.
- Define and manage APIs and system integrations.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in systems analysis.
- Familiarity with AI-based systems and solutions.
- Practical experience with AI development and productivity tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, ChatGPT, or similar.
- Experience writing functional and technical specification documents.
- Understanding of software development methodologies (Agile/Scrum).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Nice to have
- Experience with Payroll, Time & Attendance, HR, or Pension systems.
