Responsible for analyzing business and operational requirements, writing specification documents, leading cross-organizational integration projects between ERP, CRM, and BI systems, and improving business processes.
Responsibilities
- Analyze business and operational requirements.
- Write functional and technical specification documents for ERP and cloud-based systems.
- Support and guide project managers across the organization.
- Collaborate with business users, development teams, and external vendors.
- Lead cross-organizational integration projects between ERP, CRM, and BI systems.
- Analyze and improve existing business processes to support efficiency and performance.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a System Analyst.
- Proven experience with systems integration projects.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as Tefenit, SAP, Priority, or similar.
Nice to have
- Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce or Dynamics.
- Familiarity with BI systems and dashboard tools.
- Familiarity with service, sales, or automotive processes.
- Experience working with interfaces between multiple systems.
- Academic degree.
