Full-time on-site role for an experienced Site Engineer to oversee execution of a large residential construction project. Responsible for coordinating between planning and execution, managing subcontractors and suppliers, controlling schedules, ensuring quality and safety standards, and solving engineering issues in real time.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate between planning and execution on a residential construction site
- Manage subcontractors and suppliers
- Control project schedules, quality, and safety
- Solve engineering problems in real time
- Work closely with planning and management teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Building Engineering
- Previous experience as a Site Engineer/Execution Engineer in residential projects
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage multiple interfaces
