Senior Systems Analyst responsible for analyzing business and technical requirements, translating business processes into technology solutions, and providing full project support from definition through implementation and user training. Works closely with development, UI/UX, and infrastructure teams.
Responsibilities
- Analyze business and technical requirements.
- Write requirement, testing, and conversion documents for information systems.
- Translate business processes into technological solutions.
- Provide full project support from definition to implementation and user training.
- Collaborate with developers, UI/UX teams, infrastructure, and client managers.
Requirements
- Relevant academic degree or equivalent training/technological unit graduate.
- Minimum 6 years of experience as a Systems Analyst.
- Experience in at least 2 projects with a scope of 2+ person-years each.
- Experience working with development teams and Agile methodology.
- Mandatory experience in implementing SharePoint 2016 and above.
Nice to have
- Experience with Microsoft 365 cloud environment.
- Experience in project management.
