Seeking a Senior System Analyst at a leading defense organization in central Israel. You will analyze business needs, define system solutions, write specifications, and coordinate with development teams. Requires 6+ years in system analysis, SharePoint 2016+ experience, and Agile proficiency. Full-time.
Responsibilities
- Analyze business needs and translate them into system solutions
- Evaluate alternatives and recommend optimal solutions
- Write functional and technical requirement documents
- Collaborate daily with developers, UX/UI teams, infrastructure, and business stakeholders
- Specify systems and processes within SharePoint environment
- Write test scenarios and perform delivery testing
- Support data conversion processes and document conversion procedures
- Assist with implementation and user training
- Provide tier 2 and tier 3 professional support
- Assess fit of existing products/systems to client needs
- Work as part of Agile project teams
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of experience in system analysis (mandatory)
- Experience in analyzing at least two projects with a development effort of one person-year each (mandatory)
- 6 years of experience with SharePoint 2016 or higher (mandatory)
- Experience working with development teams and programmers
- Experience in Agile methodology
- Relevant academic degree, technician/engineer certification, military tech unit training, or equivalent professional training
Nice to have
- Experience with Microsoft 365 cloud environment
