Lead end-to-end Salesforce implementation and optimization while coordinating business and technology stakeholders and connected enterprise systems.
Responsibilities
- Plan, implement, optimize, and continuously improve business processes on Salesforce.
- Lead business and technology interfaces across Salesforce-based projects.
- Coordinate work with surrounding enterprise systems.
- Gather requirements, analyze business processes, and design solutions.
- Lead cross-functional implementation projects.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of Salesforce implementation experience.
- Experience leading cross-functional projects.
- Experience working with internal customers and senior business stakeholders.
- Strong business process analysis, requirements gathering, and solution design experience.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Field Service, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Flow Builder, reports and dashboards, permission sets, and sharing and security models.
