A public sector organization in Jerusalem is seeking an experienced Salesforce specialist to lead business processes and cross-organizational projects. The role combines hands-on Salesforce implementation with collaboration across business and technology stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead business processes and cross-organizational projects on the Salesforce platform.
- Plan, implement, and optimize end-to-end business processes.
- Perform hands-on Salesforce implementation.
- Work with Salesforce Field Service, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.
- Build and manage processes using Flow Builder.
- Manage reports, dashboards, permission sets, sharing, and the Salesforce security model.
- Collaborate with integrated organizational systems.
- Work closely with internal customers and senior business stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of Salesforce implementation experience.
- Experience managing and leading cross-organizational projects.
- Experience analyzing and defining business processes.
- Experience working with internal customers and senior business stakeholders.
- Hands-on knowledge of Salesforce Field Service, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Flow Builder.
