Seeking a Senior Architect/Interior Designer to lead a design studio team in Tel Aviv. Oversee architectural and interior projects from concept to completion, including space planning, construction drawings, and material selection. Requires 6+ years experience, degree, and Revit expertise.
Responsibilities
- Lead the studio team and manage daily workflow
- Develop design concepts and space plans
- Prepare and deliver presentations
- Produce construction drawings and documentation
- Select materials, furniture, and FF&E
- Coordinate with external consultants, contractors, and suppliers
- Ensure design quality and adherence to project timelines
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of experience in architecture or interior design
- Degree in architecture, interior design, or related field
- Full proficiency in Revit
- Proven team leadership and multi-project management
- Expertise in space planning, concept development, and construction documentation
- In-depth knowledge of materials, details, and FF&E
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong interpersonal and presentation abilities
