Lead a Salesforce implementation team, overseeing functional specifications, solution quality, and daily project tasks. Requires 4+ years Salesforce experience, leadership skills, and proficiency in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. Hybrid role based in Modiin.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Salesforce implementers professionally.
- Drive functional specification of business processes.
- Ensure quality of solutions and their implementation.
- Support implementers and provide professional guidance.
- Collaborate with project managers, clients, and development teams on an ongoing basis.
- Conduct quality control on specification documents and configurations.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in Salesforce implementation.
- At least 1 year of experience in team leadership or professional leadership.
- Significant experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Experience in writing functional specification documents.
- Excellent leadership, independent work, and interpersonal skills.
