Seeking an experienced Salesforce Implementation Specialist to lead a strategic CRM implementation, design solutions, define architecture, collaborate with external partners, and build internal expertise for future maintenance. Requires 6+ years of systems implementation experience, including 2+ with Salesforce, and expertise in solution architecture, integrations, and Salesforce Public Sector.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements
- Define solution architecture for large-scale Salesforce implementations
- Evaluate Salesforce capabilities and align with business processes
- Work with Salesforce Objects and native platform capabilities
- Provide professional oversight of development and implementation activities
- Review solution quality and ensure alignment with Salesforce standards
- Collaborate closely with implementation partners and external vendors
- Provide technical guidance on Salesforce-related issues
- Lead knowledge transfer from external vendors to internal teams
- Support integrations and interfaces between Salesforce and other systems
Requirements
- 6+ years of systems implementation experience
- At least 2 years of Salesforce implementation experience
- Experience designing Salesforce solution architecture
- Experience leading large-scale Salesforce implementations
- Experience with Salesforce Public Sector solutions
- Experience with CMS
- Salesforce platform development and integration experience
- Experience implementing and developing Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions
- Technical experience with Dynamics CRM On Premise, including architecture, development, and implementation
