Looking for a Quantity Surveyor to manage cost control and commercial aspects of civil engineering projects, including BOQ preparation, budget control, change management, and reporting. Requires at least 3 years of experience in construction cost control and good English.
Responsibilities
- Prepare bills of quantities (BOQ) and verify quantities during project execution.
- Analyze costs, prepare estimates, and control project budgets.
- Manage changes, additions, and deductions according to agreements and contracts.
- Produce periodic commercial reports and present project status to management.
- Work closely with project managers, engineering, procurement, and finance departments.
- Support pricing and proposal preparation as needed.
- Identify efficiency opportunities and improve project profitability.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as QS / cost estimator / cost control in construction and infrastructure.
- Strong proficiency in Excel.
- Good English reading and writing.
Nice to have
- Degree in civil engineering / building engineering / construction management or relevant field.
- Experience with ERP systems such as Priority.
- Experience in industrial construction projects.
