Lead the transition of innovative chemical processes from lab to pilot and production scale. Optimize existing processes, perform simulations, and manage pilot plant operations. Requires Master's in Chemical Engineering, high English proficiency, and willingness for shift work and travel.
Responsibilities
- Lead the scale-up of innovative chemical processes from laboratory to pilot and production scale.
- Improve and optimize existing chemical processes.
- Conduct process simulations and prepare P&ID drawings.
- Implement knowledge and processes in manufacturing facilities.
- Prepare professional reports and presentations.
- Work in shifts and be available for domestic and international travel.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Chemical Engineering.
- Experience in running and operating pilot plant processes.
- Experience in facility planning and reading/preparing P&ID drawings.
- Basic experience in process simulations (Aspen knowledge an advantage).
- High level of English proficiency.
- Strong report writing and presentation skills.
Nice to have
- Basic knowledge of Aspen simulation software
