Responsible for overall management of a PVC manufacturing plant, including operations, production, quality, safety, maintenance, and process engineering. Lead a team of 90 employees and drive continuous improvement initiatives to meet company goals.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all plant operations and lead the management team of approximately 90 employees.
- Ensure achievement of safety, quality, productivity, and operational efficiency goals.
- Manage production planning to meet delivery goals.
- Promote Lean processes and continuous improvement.
- Oversee quality, maintenance, engineering, and investment areas.
- Analyze performance indicators (OEE, KPI) and lead efficiency processes.
- Collaborate with internal organizational interfaces.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering and management, or a relevant field.
- At least 5 years of experience in production management in a manufacturing plant with over 40 employees, including managing middle managers.
- High availability and ability to provide 24/7 operational response, including arriving at the factory at unusual hours.
Nice to have
- Experience managing a production system operating in a 3-shift format.
