Looking for an Operational Excellence Engineer to lead cost-saving initiatives, implement Lean and Kaizen methodologies, and drive continuous improvement across the organization. Ideal candidates will have 3-5 years of experience in industrial environments, strong analytical skills, and a passion for operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end cost savings and operational improvement projects
- Identify process improvement opportunities and oversee implementation
- Manage employee suggestion mechanisms and Kaizen programs
- Implement and promote OpEx tools such as 5S, Gemba, Problem Solving, and Lean
- Monitor and analyze operational performance indicators
- Lead root cause analysis and drive corrective actions
- Collaborate with managers and employees to foster a culture of continuous improvement
- Conduct training sessions and improvement workshops
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related engineering field
- 3-5 years of experience in operational excellence, continuous improvement, or project management within industrial settings
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in OpEx tools and methodologies
Nice to have
- Experience leading cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma principles
