Experienced NetSuite Implementor to lead ERP projects, gather requirements, configure NetSuite, manage data migration, testing, and training. Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain. Tel Aviv hybrid, 2-5+ years exp, fluent English.
Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements.
- Configure and implement NetSuite modules.
- Lead workshops with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and other stakeholders.
- Manage data migration, testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Train end users and create documentation.
- Support integrations with third-party systems.
- Provide post-go-live support and process improvement recommendations.
Requirements
- 2–5+ years of NetSuite implementation experience.
- Strong understanding of ERP processes, especially Finance and Operations.
- Experience with NetSuite Financials, Inventory, Procurement, Order Management, or Manufacturing.
- Experience with data migration and system testing.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Fluent English; Hebrew is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment in Tel Aviv.
Nice to have
- NetSuite certifications.
- Experience with SuiteAnalytics, saved searches, workflows, and basic SuiteScript.
- Experience in SaaS, technology, manufacturing, or distribution environments.
