Manage key restaurant and store partnerships for a food delivery platform, driving growth through data analysis, contract negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration. Require 3+ years of account management experience, fluent Hebrew, and a commercial mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with restaurant and store partners.
  • Monitor and analyze partner portfolio performance to meet company goals.
  • Improve partner sales using data, insights, and industry knowledge.
  • Negotiate contracts, commercial terms, and partnership agreements.
  • Develop and execute growth plans to increase partner revenue.
  • Drive visibility through joint marketing initiatives and exclusivity agreements.
  • Improve revenue through commission renegotiation and asset selling.
  • Re-engage churned and inactive partners to recover growth.
  • Improve operational efficiency to increase partner satisfaction.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Marketing, and Product teams.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in account management, relationship management, or business consultancy.
  • Strong communication skills, both face-to-face and digital.
  • Strong commercial mindset with solid data analysis skills.
  • Results-oriented with a proven ability to meet and exceed targets.
  • Fluent in Hebrew.
  • Self-starter, organized, and detail-oriented.
