Join a research and development team developing and validating advanced navigation systems for high-precision aerospace and defense applications.
Responsibilities
- Develop navigation algorithms and conduct performance analyses and advanced analytical studies.
- Own navigation system development from initial design through implementation.
- Collaborate with system engineers and project managers.
- Participate in laboratory experiments, field tests, and experimental test ranges.
- Validate theoretical concepts through real-world testing.
Requirements
- Master’s or PhD in mathematics, physics, electrical engineering, or aeronautical engineering.
- Experience with statistical estimation, statistical signal processing, and Kalman filtering.
- Proficiency in Python and MATLAB.
- Ability to develop analytical solutions and work across scientific and engineering disciplines.
Nice to have
- Experience developing physical or mathematical algorithms.
- Familiarity with inertial sensors and magnetic flux sensors used in navigation systems.
