Experienced HR Systems Analyst required for a large security-sector organization. Responsible for end-to-end systems analysis, defining business requirements, and supporting SAP HR implementation. Requires 5+ years of experience, proficiency with VISIO, ERD, and project lifecycle support. Hybrid role based in Jerusalem.
Responsibilities
- Perform end-to-end analysis and specification of information systems
- Define business requirements, screens, processes, reports, and interfaces
- Support development and QA teams throughout the project lifecycle
- Support system implementation and provide solutions to users and support teams
- Maintain comprehensive system analysis and specification documentation
- Identify and drive process improvements
- Maintain ongoing collaboration with business and technology stakeholders
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in systems analysis
- Full proficiency with diagramming and advanced specification tools, including VISIO, flowcharts, Gantt charts, ERD, and similar
- Experience analyzing and specifying SAP-based systems, with an emphasis on SAP HR
- Information Systems Project Management course and/or relevant project management experience
- Experience working in technology units within defense or security-sector organizations
